The letting only service is designed for landlords who wish to manage their own properties. In both cases Kingsley Thomas recognises the necessity of letting your property quickly, thus ensuring continuous rental income but at the same time taking care to secure good quality tenants.

Property Management can be a complex business with legislation seemingly changing constantly. We will offer advice and guidance on all aspects of the business including safety regulations, furnishing, House of Multiple Occupation (HMO) Licensing and Deposit Protection Schemes to name a few.
